The Baker Street Irregular Astronomers
Now into our second year and with well over 700 members, The Baker Street Irregular Astronomers is an Astronomical Society with a difference... We meet one Wednesday each month in Regents Park, for a relaxed, social evening at The Hub, with some observing thrown in. New Telescope at Armagh Observatory
The Widescreen Centre was recently consulted by none other than the prestigious Armagh Observatory in Northern Ireland who were after a new scope - and a dome - to undertake 21st Century research. They now have up & running a PlaneWave 17" on a Software Bisque Paramount ME with Starlight Xpress imaging equipment, all housed in a 3.5m Sirius Observatory Dome.....

JVC 3D Full-HD Camcorder is here!
We currently have on loan from JVC their new 3D Full-HD Camcorder, the GS-TD1, which will be available - for an introductory price of £1599.00 - from the end of February. Of course, we cannot give you a demo online, but please contact us for more information. We are having lots of fun with this product....
