PAYMENT:
Payment may be made on-line or on the phone, by credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Visa Electron,
Solo, JCB, edc and Maestro) and the card will not be debited until goods are dispatched,
other than when a deposit is required which will be clearly indicated.Cheques can be posted
with an order but postal orders are not taken. Please DO NOT mail cash
SECURITY OF PAYMENT:
All on-line credit card details are transmitted in an encrypted form over a secure server
to ensure confidentiality. You will see the locked padlock on the left corner of you browser
on the screen that asks for you card numbers.
GUARANTEES:
All guarantees on goods are as per the manufacturers guarantees.
DELIVERY METHODS:
Goods are delivered either by the Royal Mail recorded delivery service, or by courier.
Either way a signature is required upon delivery to you.
DELIVERY TIMES:
Goods in stock will be dispatched as quickly as possible, and delays of more than 14 days will be
notified to see if you want to continue the order process.
DELIVERY PRICES:
Delivery price will be shown just before you go to the secure server. Every effort has been
made to keep them fair whatever combination of goods you choose but if you are worried then

If after 30 days from the day of dispatch the order has not been received by you and you have not notified Venturescope of the
non delivery, then we cannot accept responsibility for replacing the missing goods.
RETURNS:
Goods are not to be returned without an authorisation number from Venturescope. Anything
that is not defective must be in a re-saleable condition and will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
REFUNDS:
in full or credit notes will be given if goods are defective and replacement is not required.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Venturescope accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury incurred through the
improper use of equipment supplied.
PRICES:
are all shown in pounds sterling, inclusive of VAT. They are subject to fluctuation but you
would be informed of any increase before we process your order or take your money.
DATA PROTECTION:
All customer details are used only by Venturescope and not passed to any third party
TITLE:
of ownership passes from Venturescope to you when payment has been deposited to our
